We got employed based GC in Nov,17, 2007 . Now we are about to file N- 400 form in few weeks.
My wife went to India in Aug 6 th 2007 and returned back in Jan 5 2008 so total days are 153 days.
She again went to India in May 29 2008 and returned back in July 19,2008 so total days are 52 days.
My question is what to fill in Part 7 sect C.
Can I write below in section C, actual date left but write only how many days outside only after we got GC ?
Date Left Date Returned Total Days outside US
May 29 2007 July 19 2008 52
Aug 6 2007 Jan 5 2008 53
Because section C asks days outside only when you got GC ?
