I will be completing my 5 years in July'09 and would appreciate if someone can let me know what all is needed to apply for citizenship and what is the timeline for KY.

Go to www.uscis.gov
This is the official website for US immigration and Citizenship Services. On this site you will find all the information you need to apply for Naturalization.

Or, if you go to the sticky " Documentation needed for naturalization", it lists everything you need to submit.

Is your district office Louisville?.I live in Ky and hope u post your timeline so i can see how fast your case is processed.
