Went there around 11:45 am today hoping for less crowd. Saw from distance there were 7-8 folks in the queue. It was interesting that the the Security personal after checking my appointment letter mentioned that they have stopped walk ins 3-4 years back and I should come back on my appointment date.
My fingerprinting appointment letter say Santa Ana office. Do we know if we can go to some other ASC or LO other than Santa Ana?
Going to attempt again tomorrow though...
