N-400 early filling. 2 months before continuous residency n-400

Dear friends.
I would appreciate your help with my question regarding N-400.

I received my green card via DV lottery in June 2014 (more that 5 years ago).
I moved to US and started continuously living since October 2014 - 4 years and 10 months. I didn't leave US since I've started living here.

Am I eligible to submit my N-400 application now (August 2019), 2 months before I have 5 years of continuously leaving in US?

I'm confused because of the N-400 rule
Demonstrate continuous residence in the United States for at least 5 years IMMEDIATELY preceding the date of filing Form N-400

Yes you can file it within 90 days before that 5year mark.

Right, but it says:
"The information in this part ONLY relates to your time as a permanent resident. You MUST meet all other eligibility requirements when you file."

And by "other" requirement they mean
"Demonstrate continuous residence in the United States for at least 5 years IMMEDIATELY preceding the date of filing Form N-400"

It's confusing. It says, 5 years IMMEDIATELY preceding the date of filing. Which means 90 days rule does not apply here.

Its not confusing at all. Your inerpretation is wrong.. That's all!!
You can file 90 days before your 5/3 yr mark.
Don't know how else to explain it to you to make you understand.
Hopefully when/if other members chime in. You'll be convinced.

You can apply 90 days before filling your 5 years and in the interview you should show you had 5 years continued residency including that 90 days.
If you are so worried wait for the end of 5 years and then apply.
