N-400 - "Do you owe taxes" question & Chapter 13 Bankrupty

Hi everyone,

I've been a permanent resident for 5 years and am going over the paperwork to apply for citizenship.

There is one question on the form I'm not sure how to complete (Do you owe any federal, state, or local taxes that are overdue - YES / NO)

I'm not sure if this is "overdue".. I'm currently under a 5-year Chapter 13 payment plan, part of my payments are for taxes due. So on one hand yes I have taxes overdue, but I am on a current repayment plan and that is in good standing, so I don't know if that really makes them "over-due"

Any advice on this section?

I was surprised that I didn't see a question about bankruptcy which I'm glad about.

I do not know about bankruptcy, but being on a payment plan with IRS is not an issue. Just take the relevant documentation with you. As long as you are current on the agreement (which you said you are), you are good. Also check the following:
