Hello,
This is my first posting on this forum. Though, I do have to admit that I had read some of the postings in the past and had found them quite helpful. And I have also found that some of the members to be quite knowledgable.
I have two questions that I would like answers to, especially from attorneys:
1. What is the definition of "Country of Citizenship" and "Country of Nationality" (as they are defined by the INS or in the original Statute(s)), and is there a difference?
2. For dual citizens of two or more countries (other than the US; and there quite a few people out there), what are the requirements for disclosure on the N-400 form as to multiple citizenships or nationalities, and could one list a country on that form (i.e., N-400) other than the one used in previous non-N-400 applications?
Thanks, and I am looking forward for the answers.
