Hello,
I mailed my N-400 package yesterday with USPS certifed mail to the address in Lewisville, 75067. I tracked my tracking number today, and here's what it shows:

Label/Receipt Number: xxxxxxxxx
Service(s): Certified Mail™
Status: Forwarded

Your item was forwarded to a different address at 10:36 AM on May 28, 2010 in LEWISVILLE, TX 75029. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

Detailed Results:
Forwarded, May 28, 2010, 10:36 am, LEWISVILLE, TX
Arrival at Unit, May 28, 2010, 9:54 am, LEWISVILLE, TX 75067

So, apparently, USCIS center has recently moved? I thought the Lewisville, 75029 PO box has closed. If my package does get forwarded, should it be forwarded to the Dallas PO box instead? I think I'm over-reacting, but why does everything related to USCIS get more complicated than it should be?

Another question is since I'm applying citizenship on the 3-year rule of marriage-based GC, it's already passed the 3rd anniversary of my GC (May 08) when I sent the paperwork (May 26). Do I really have to apply within 90 days before May 08, and anytime postponed after will make me not qualify for 3-year rule, but rather the normal 5-year rule?

I'll keep everyone updated, but for now, I'm looking forward to any of your kind responses.
Thanks,

Hmmmm. I sent it by UPS and I didn't get any message like this! Alhough I mentioned to UPS 'not to get signature', some had signed the package when receiving and it
showed up on the shipment verification page.

I kept checking the USPS page the whole day today. It still shows the very same message without any further updates on the package's whereabouts. Monday is Memorial Holiday, so I guess everything will be in serious delay now. :(

And what about my second question, please?

on your second question, no , you don't HAVE to apply in that 90 day window, thats the soonest. It doesn't matter at all that you have gone past the 3 years. its a bit better if anything
