Sir,

I had applied for my US Citizenship last year August and while applying, I had clearly mentioned to them that I can't provide any proof of having a tie-up with USA for two of my out-of-usa-trip extending 6 months period & requested them to process only should they feel okay for me as I got my GC way back in 2002 itself.

I had my finger-printing done & also on Jan 29th, 21015 had my US Citizenship Interview and the Immigration officer who took my interview said, I passed the TEST, but DID NOT HAVE the proof for those out-of-usa-stay for more than 6 months on two of my trips and requested me to mail her those proof within a month. I told her that I had already mentioned that I do not have any proof for that tie-up during those periods and can't do so, apart from the reason ( I had a Doctor's certificate saying that my Mom was hospitalized and I need to take care of her, hence had to stay outside more than 6 months ), which she did not agree to listen to.

Am back in INDIA now to take care of my MOM - I have to send the Officer the required docs. by Mar 2nd, 2015 and I can't do so as I do not have any. Anyway, I have decided to send other docs. I have and am sure, rejection is what that officer would do, as she was not even ready to listen to me during the interview itself.

My concern is ... should they NOT consider me now - since, I already considered PASSED my test,

01. Do I need to re-apply again from start, such as wait 90 days, file N-400 with fee, etc.
02. Wait till I am ELIGIBLE with continuous resident and get back to them ( if so, how )

Considering today, Feb. 5th, 2015, should I start my new case from Feb 5th, 2010 ( 5 years from today) or from Jan 4th, 2011 ( 4 years and 1 day from today ). Would appreciate your help on this and awaiting your earliest response to this. Am extremely for this LONG DETAILED post.

FYI, my trip details are ...

Oct 9th 2014 ( departure from USA) - Jan 27th 2015 ( arrive in USA ) - < '6' months
May 12th 2014 ( departure from USA) - May 24th 2014 ( arrive in USA ) - < '6' months
Sep 11th 2013 ( departure from USA) - Feb 12th 2014 ( arrive in USA ) - < '6' months
Jan 9th 2013 ( departure from USA) - Feb 12th 2013 ( arrive in USA ) - < '6' months
Sep 26th 2010 ( departure from USA) - Jun 20th 2011 ( arrive in USA ) - more than '6' months

If the last one is considered from Jan 5th 2011 ( less than '6' months trip ), it will be 4 years 1 day period.
Please, do respond and my confidence & plan ahead is just based on your valuable response, Sir.

Thanks a lot in advance.
