In a few months, I will be ready to file N-400 for myself.
I have few questions. If you can give me some directions/explanations, that will be appreciated.
- For N-400 of mine, I am not sure how difficult it would be to file it by myself, or is it better to hire a lawyer for it.
I am going to change my name (first name) when I apply Citizenship
- For my daughter (17 yrs), I am not sure if I need to hire a lawyer or not. She is going to change her first name as well.
- My wife acquired GC a year later than I did, so I think she needs to wait to become eligible, which would be year 2013, correct?
- I am trying to N-400 timelines for Baltimore, MD. If you can let me know the forum link, that will be great. I tried, but couldn't find it.
