N-400 Application

Can anyone help me to understand the information required in Part 7. C of the N-400? It requires all trips outside of the US that lasted more than 24 hours since becoming a lawful permanent resident. Does this mean in the last five years only, or would I need to provide all trips since 1995 when I became a LPR? If the latter is required, how would I go about obtaining this information since it's almost twenty years of travel? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In the table, list all trips of over 24 hours since becoming a permanent resident, including those from more than 5 years ago if you became an LPR over 5 years ago. If you can't accurately determine them all, list them to the best of your ability and attach a statement explaining that the trips from 1995 to 200x are approximate. They're not really concerned about trips of over 5 years ago unless you have a trip of over 1 year, for which they may demand proof and/or an explanation of how you kept your green card (e.g. reentry permit or military papers) because normally your green card is no longer valid after a trip of over a year.

But there is a part of that question which asks you for the total number of days outside the US in the past 5 years. For that, you add up only the trips in the past 5 years.
