N-400 application when to apply and documentation

I recently moved and I will complete 90 days in the first week of July in my new residence (Virginia) and plan to send my N-400 appln. I am a GC since Nov 2004. Altho Im married, I am applying for naturalization only for myself. Im planning to send my appln, copy of GC and the check. Is there any other documentation I need to mail with the appln?

You also need 2 pictures.

Please visit the Naturalization section in the USCIS website and download the N400 instructions.
 
Look for A Guide to Naturalization on USCIS's website. You need 2 passport photos, completed N-400 form, check for processing & fingerprinting fees, copy of your GC. Read through N-400 instructions for any other documents warranted for your situation.
