This is my 1st post on this forum and hoping to get some advice/feedback from all the knowledgeable folks here;
Q. Received GC based on Asylum in 2010 back dated to 2009. Married to a US Citizen 2011, and will be applying for Citizenship based on marriage 3 year rule.
Please let me know If I can apply based on marriage with 3-year rule even though my GC was granted through Asylum
Part 7. Time Outside the US
Q. It might be a silly question but how would I calculate the total numbers of days. i.e. Left US on Jan 1st and returned on Jan 22nd. Would I count 1st and the 22nd being physically present in US or would it go towards the days outside the US.
Part 10. Additional Questions
Q.Do I have to answer Yes to this questions/and name the political party I was affiliated with?
SECTION D. Good Moral Character.(Part 16). Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer?
Q. If YES (based on my traffic tickets) how far back do I have to go to disclose the details. e.g. Citations I got after becoming a Permanent Resident OR all traffic tickets for last 3/5 years OR everything ever since I enter US.
