N-400 application preparation (Jan 05)

Greetings

Thanks for so many valuable posts on these forums. But I now need to
take some help from your expertise.

I am in the process of preparing my N-400 and have questions related to
"document list"

Question:
Are these the latest forms. Has anyone found a form newer than what is
below?

Guide to Naturalization: M-476 (Rev 2/04)Y

If you answer “Yes” to any of questions 1 through 15 in Part 7, send:
q A written explanation on a separate sheet of paper.

If you answer “No” to any of questions 1 through 5 in Part 8, send:
q A written explanation on a separate sheet of paper.

Has anyone noticed that in part 7 is about travel. just a, b, c.
And in Part 8 (marital history).
Somehow the parts do not meet the checklist.

So friends, who have recently have applied or crossed the hurdles, could you
please suggest what I need to submit.
case: divorced. 37 yrs, 1 traffic violation (warning, no fines), taxes done ontime.
1. correct form ? Form N-400: (Rev 07/23/04)N
2. photos
3. gc copy front & back
4. check/money order for 390, payable to U.S. Department of homeland security
5. divorce decree
6. court statement: no charges filed.

Do you think I am missing anything from the list above?

Any information shared would be of great help.
