Part G asks "How many times has your current spouse been married? In my case, we are just married to each other. Should I fill out 0 - to indicate she was never married before (or) 1 - to indicate she is married just once.

I am confused with this question.

If sheis married to you than she has at least 1 marriage. Write down 1 (one)(uno).
