Hello all i want to know do I need an attorney to fill N-400 or I can do it myself, I didn't travel abroad and has no problems , I didn't file Taxes for 2011 and 2012 cause I was not required to do so.
Can you elaborate why you didn't need to apply for taxes in 2011 and 2012? The reason I am asking is because everyone needs to file taxes. That's why if someone's wife is not working then they should file jointly.
The reason I didn't file 2011 and 2012 cause I don't have enough income to file taxes and IRS and state says I was not required to file . If that's the case DO i really need a lawyer.
