N-400 and traffic ticket

I have been on a unusual roll off late since I moved to California. I had no tickets in past 10 years. But in the past 4 months, I have picked up a bunch of tickets for speeding and car pool violation.

I do not see any section in the N-400 form where I need to specify about the traffic tickets. Did I miss some section in the form?

Thanks in advance.

in n400, it asks if you have received any citiations. traffic ticket IS a citation (sp.. sorry!). that means you have to list your traffic tickets information.

how many did you get in last 4 months? you said a bunch.. a lot??

someone would say "do not bother to list traffic tickets".. someone would suggest you to list.

however, list the traffic tickets will not result of deny of citizenship application. Lie will.

ocworker, thanks for the response.
I guess I screwed it up. I got 3 tickets in the past 4 months and none in the 10 years before that. Speaking about bad timing

When you go for your interview, make sure to take papers with you showing that the tickets have been paid.

since it is a done deal for what happened already, as Anahit said, bring the proof of evidence of fine was paid in complete.

did you have a photocopy of the tickets? do you have the cancelled check from bank to show it was cashed? if you do not have them, call the county office which issued the ticket to you to ask for the statement / print out / record to show the payment to your tickets are clear.

THanks guys. I will go ahead and request a receipt for the fines paid.
My 2005 grand fine total is 600+ now. I am doing my fair share to improve the california economy.
