I am in the process of filling out my N-400 for US citizenship. I file after more than 5 years of LPR.
Do I have to mail divorce decrees of all prior marriages of my spouse? He was married twice before and has his divorce papers of his 2nd marriage but not of his first marriage, which was over 30 years ago.
Does this requirement apply to me if I file for citizenship after 5 years of LPR, or does it only apply to persons who file after 3 years due to marriage to a US citizen?
I. e. will USCIS ask me for copies of all his divorce decrees?
Thanks!
