N-400 Acknowledgement Receipt From VSC?

Generally, how long does it take VSC to send an acknowledgement letter of receipt for a N-400 application?

Receipt notice

VSC is rather erratic. My daughter applied for her N-400 and she received the FP notice first (within 2 weeks) and then a week later she got the receipt notice!!
I got my receipt notice first in about 2 weeks though & then the following week I got the FP notice
