N-400 & 90 days

After reading number of threadson this forum, i am going to only send the following with N-400. (This is based on 5 years of PR)

1. Check
2. Photos
3. Copy of GC
4. of course the application.


Continuous residence, physical presence. Tax filed all years, no tax due. Seems right???

Questions part..

1. My kids are US citizen, so i am assuming, i do not have to write A number on the form and just leave blank correct??

2. PR started 07/14/2004, minus 90 days is 04/14/2009 (7/13/09 - 90days), Can i send the application by this Friday???

3. I am also going to apply my husband's applicaiton in seperate cover but send it together by UPS (not the lock box address). Is that Okay??

I llive in Northern VA.

1. Yes.
2. I would wait until next week to send it to make sure you are well within the 90 day window.

Question 1:
I do have speeding tickets, one of which i went to court to avoid getting points but paid the fine. As long as i say YES to one of those question that has citation, i am not going to attach any documentation.
No arrests or DUI...
Is that okay??

Question 2:
For interview i am going to collect the following:
1. Tax transcripts
2. Driving records for citation and paid information
3. Court documents that i paid for those traffic tickets citation
4. Marriage certificate
5. I am not going to collect the SS as my husband came to US only when he was at 28 years old on H1B..
6. And if any documents requested.
is there anything i need to start collecting for interview??
