N-14 Help

A little help please.

I recently went for my interview, passed the civis and English test, upon leaving the Officer gave me a form confirming I had passed the required tests, form N-652. I left the building, when I got home I looked at the form and noticed it said "Please follow instructions on form N-14". I have never recieved a form N-14. I did recieve a orange / yellow letter asking me to bring my State Issued ID / Drivers Licesne to the interview, this I did. I told the agent about the letter askign for the ID and he said, Yup no problem" and that was that.

It has now been almost a month since the intertview and no oath cermoney. My father in law went to the same service center two weeks prior, they had extra questions for him and he had his oath date 8 days later.

My questions are, 1) do I need to do anything? 2) Is this time scale normal, and my father in laws abnormal. 3) Was the orange / yellow letter I recieved the N-14, it did not say it was. 4) Is this the prelude to a denial 5) What do I do next?

Thanks in advance for help

Hi Jon,

I just had my interview, too (today, actually) and was given the N-652 with the same box checked: "Please follow instructions on form N-14". However, I was also given the form N-14, which in my case was a letter requesting some more documents. Are you sure they did not give you such a letter at your interview? Mine also has a deadline for submitting the required evidence, so you should check. My letter also said that I should contact the officer who interviewed me, in writing, if I have questions about the case.

Good luck!

(ignore my timeline below, I haven't updated it in a while)
