Hi Friends
Do you feel I will be on hold due to Company name change or I am hold due to my wife FP issue.
Is it common to Redo FP. can it be an issue.
I am confused. Please put some light.

Filed labor in July 1998. PD July 1998
Problem in I-140 for EB2, Docmentation error.
Accepted for I-140 in EB3 in Oct 1999
Company name change
Filed I-485 in Oct 27 1999, ND 11/02/1999
Redid the labor for EB2 with New company name.
Re did the I-140 for EB2 with New company name.
Filed I-485 Amendment on Dec 2000
INS received the new I-140 and showed in the computer under new Company name.
FP 03/15/01
Got letter, FP not clear, redo for Wife 05/15/01
When Do you feel I will get Approval ?

Firstly, you have taken appropriate steps to avoid being on hold for company name change. I am confident that you will not be subject of company name change delays. Secondly, it is common to redo FP in two situations, i.e.; if FP is bad and you should wait for a second notice for a FP redo or if FP expired after 15 months then you should redo FP upon INS notice.

Hence are my thoughts. I puzzled about the I485 amendment thoough.. could you please eloborate?
