MyAccount USCIS DHS website is problematic

Hi all.

Anyone has been using myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov ?

I managed to register my account and successfully linked my A number with the account. This was last week.

This week, i have not been able to access it at all.

I got to the page where it asked (and issued) the SECURE One Time Password Notification to my email, but right after that, I keep getting this error

ICAP Error (icap_error)

An error occurred while performing an ICAP operation RP4a: Connection failure: All connection attempts to the ICAP server failed.
The ICAP server has reported an error.

I have tried clearing my cache, using IE11, Chrome, Incognito mode.

Not sure what else to try really. Anyone else facing this issue?

Hi Abumiqdad,

This could be related to the webpage itself and you might want to contact USCIS via phone for more information.
