The first visa bulletin for fiscal year 2002 will be release within the next few days. Big question will be the employment-based categories remain current???? What ever happens, FP notices will depend on that news.. I truly believe.. Any one can disagree with me.
 
Yes, I agree...

Plus because of that mailroom mess they had between May and July,
VSC had to figure out when to send FP for filers of these backlogged
months.

I still feel we should get our FP by October if PD is still current
for next couple months.
 
same way as it happened before.

When every thing became current for 6 months in end of 1999 and starting of 2000, the people applied at that time got their FP in early 2001 or late 2000 (If your PD not current). I believe same logic goes here.. I may be wrong.
