My wife's mother would liek to visit us here in the US. What do I need to do?

Hello all,

My wife, who is a temporary resident (we actually just filed to have the temporary conditions removed earlier this month) would liek to have her mother visit us.

Her mother is a citizen of Peru, currently living in Spain, with my wife's sister.

Does she just need to get a tourist visa to come to the US?

Do I need to do anything special?
