My wife's case not yet approved

After my case has been approved for almost 2 months, my wife's case is still pending. Is this normal? Anything I can do to expedite this?

I am in the same situation. My got an RFE though ( a document translation )!
My lawyer told that there is nothing we can do! Let's wait and see!
