Both me and my wife appliead for 1st EAD card RD Jan 5th.
She got approved April 3rd and card was in our mailbox April 7th.
My EAD was approved April 6th so I\'m expecting card sometime this week.
Went to Social Security office this morning and applied for SS number for my wife.
SS office pretty quick (Chicago) - about 15 minutes waiting in line, 5 minutes to show documents, etc.
