My Wife Has Been Approved Today

I just checked the BCIS website and see that my wife has had her I-485 approved today Feb 25th. All of her details are the same as those in my signature.

About 10 days before my I-485 had been approved we received and RFE on her case for an affadavit of support. They received that on Feb 16th. So we are both finished for now. I did all the paperwork myself without ever hiring an immigration attorney.

The whole thing has taken about three years from submitting our I-360 to getting approvel as EB4 special immigrants.

Thanks to all the members of this forum who share their knowledge so freely, you are all a blessing to those who need encouragement.

360 cases are really tough, and the ppl who filled have a lot of issues during process by TSC. I can tell u its not peice of cake like other catagery are.
