and recently filed a civil domestic violence complaint against me and got a permanent restraining order against me. I cannot lilve in my own house but have to continue maintaining it.She now intends to divorce me. She got her green card thru me. Doesn't this constitute immigration fraud? What can I do to file a complaint against her in INS and get her green card cancelled?
