My wife came to USA on H4.
After one year she got H1 approval. For some reason she never get a chance to work as she gave a birth to my baby.
After one year of getting H1 she received a call from H1 sponser company saying that she may get a job offer at some client, so the employer asked her to get the SSNumber. She took after one year of first approval of H1. But that employer did not get the project and then after no response from that company.
But she recently got H4 renewal approvals.
Now Iam about to file my I-485 stage.
My question is whether to submit my wife's H1 details in the I-485 application. Was my wife's H4 gets cancelled automatically after getting H1 approval ? What was her status from her H1 approval date to again getting H4 renewal approval ?? Iam getting confused now. Please help with good suggestions.
