my wife got 3rd FP

Hi my rd is oct 18 2001,

we both gave FP on march 2002

my wife only got 2nd fp on apr 2003. she gave on may 14

today she got FP again and the scheduled date is oct17

i am the primary no 2nd fp and no approval


i do,nt know what is going on
 
On the other hand

You can take this new FP notice, your wife's 2nd FP notice and copy of your old 1st FP notice - and go to the FP center. Explain them the situation and try to convince them that your wife have rcvd the notice by mistake - it should be for you...
See if that works...

BTW, will you post your RD, ND, 1st FP, RFE details?

Well, one more thought!

It could be so that your wife's 2nd FP was not clear and was rejected (it's nothing serious)... hence she rcvd 3rd FP notice...

Maybe it's better for her to do the 3rd FP...
 
Since you guys got a 3rd FP notice, maybe your case is "touched" by BCIS and your approval is near. Good luck....
 
VSC must have made a mistake; Try talking to 2nd tier BCIS folks.

goto the local office and try to sort it out.

If the above do not work, get in touch with your senator. You are well past the normal approval time and you are entitled to know what's going on with your case.

Thats horrible man. My RD is the same as hers. Its a shame!
 
The FP2 in Apr/May2003 is a mystery, for at that time, FP1 is just 12/13 months. Probably FP2 was re-issued for FP1 not being clear/OK[but again not after 1 year]

Go to local office w/ all FP notices and sort this out..! It might help
