My wife file the I-130 for me and It was approved

My wife file the I-130 and it was approved.. I still in the US, but I'm out of status( couple of months, I was told that if I have more than a year out of status I shall be banned for 10 years), should I leave for my country and wait for the communication to my wife for my interview at the embassy or should I stay in the US until the priority date?

Best if you leave. If you stay, then the 10 year bar will kick in and your wife's I-130 petition would be useless.
Btw...What made you decide that you could skip everyone else in line and just jump in?
