My Visa Lapses on Feb 6th... I-94 granted till April 2nd

Hi,

I have a question which needs to be answered...being unsure of where to go, I am posting it in here.. Any reply would be highly appreciated.

I am in US on training which is being sponsered by my Company. The duration of the training is 3 months. The problem here is My B-1 Visa Lapses on February 5th 2006, the I-94 granted me permission to stay till April 2nd.
my concerns are:

1) If i stay back, do i need to apply for any extension?
2) Can i stay back even without filing for an extension?
3) If i ever apply for any other Visa in US (Say H-1 or L-1), will this staying beyond my visa expiry cause any concern or be an issue in the granting of another visa - My major Concern

no you dont need extension

yes

no problem as long as you leave before I-94 expiry date april 2nd
