Hi Fellas,
I just got four emails from BSCIS saying that our cases (me and my wife) have been approved!
Here is my detail:
EB2 - VSC
LC - PD 03/2002
LC - AD 01/2003 (state level), 02/2003 (federal level - which was a pleasant surprise)
I140/485 - RD 04/2003, ND 04/2003
1st FP - 05/2003
2nd FP - 09/2004
2APs/2EADs (don't think they triggered anything)
I140 AP - 03/2004
I485 AP - 11/18/04
I did not care too much about LUD before. But friends in this forum talked me into it:
LUD1 - 06/2003 (1st FP results received)
LUD 2 - 08/2004 (Issued 2nd FP notice)
LUD 3 - 11/08/2004 (after status inquiry 10/2004)
LUD 4 - 11/18/2004 (Approval)
2.5 years GC journey - mixed feelings (expectation/frustration/curiosity/madness...and finally happiness and relief). Thank you for everyone who maintains and participates this wonderful forum, from which I got lot of helpful information. I pray for all the guys/gals who are waiting for their approvals - keep hopes alive!
Next step? I'm thinking of changing career - working for government agencies like INS might not be a bad option.
