Hello Friends,

Finally, I am releived today. Both mine and my spouse's cases got approved as per both online and AVM. Till yesterday it gave me the same old msg, but today morning when I checked at around 11 am. the msg was updated. Thank God we got thru this finally.

Good luck to all of you. Thanks to this site, Mr. Rajiv Khanna and Rupnet. I have updated my info on rupnet too.

Cinci2002, I sent an email to my atty requesting to speak to the INS, NSC liason as per your suggestion and thankfully i didnt have to go thru all of it.

Thanks to all for your helpful thoughts at times when required. Here are my details,

RD : 8/21/01
ND : 9/25/01
RFE response recd by ins Nov 13 for my spouse and Dec 3rd for me.

AD : 3/10/2003

Meanwhile the wait game continues for the rest of us. Hope we will have our day too, pretty soon :)

for your good wishes. I know how awful it is to keep on waiting for so long. I sincerely wish you all, especially July and Aug waiters to get thru it at least by the end of this month.
