Hello,
I changed Job after 180 days please answer following questions.

Did you inform INS about Job Change?

Did you change address & Location after Job change?

Tell me about your birth certificate format? because I am worrying about my Birth certificates which is taken in 2000 but I born in 1970.

MY Details,
RD 02/20/01
ND 03/22/01

Job Change OCT-2001

Re Congrats..... Details Please

Never informed INS about job change.
I believe in giving INS only what they ask for.
was staying at same adress.
took new job in same location/city.
Birth certificate : i also took it in 2000 from city authority
where i was born (long before that) and its a standard birth
certificate which sates my name, paents detials, DOB. place etc.

Hope it helps.

congrats! Did you use or apply for EAD? since

you changed before 180 days was there any inquiry anywhere between
"filing to approval" from the INS? It pretty much went unoticed, it that right? Is there a likelihood that you need to inform during
passport stamping? What do they need for ppt stamping, do they need letters from employer, stubs, tax filing proofs etc??? Thanks.

Re : Did you use or apply for EAD? since

used EAD to join new job which was in June\'01
NO RFE = NO inquiry

Whats the status of your case?

so technically even you violated AC 21 law but didn\'t matter

i think it says only after 180 you are allowed to change.
so as long as no inquiry everybody is safe after RD (receipt date).
They don\'t ask anything in FP and they don\'t ask anything in
passport stamping, is that right? but sam still needs to go through
passport stamping process. Please let us know how that goes.

technically...

you are scared by AC21.

you can change job anytime you want to as long as INS take more than
180 days to approve your case .
Read shusterman.com for more analysis.

Did you inform INS about job change?

Did you and/or your new employer inform INS specifying your intent to use AC21 when you changed job?

JKC

I believe in never giving any info. to INS which
they have not asked for so I did\'t inform INS
anything about it.
IF they want it they can send RFE that\'s my theory.
