Hi All,

I am a silent observer of this forum and this forum helped me a lot during the process. Infact i registered after i got approved.
I got approval email today for myself and family. Below are the details.


PD MAR2002
I140/I485 concurrent RD 17 Sep 2003
AD 21 april 2005 NO RFE
FP sometime in MAY 2004
1 EAD and Advance parole which expired in DEC 2004.
did not applied for second EAD
Maintained my h1b status throughout till now with one employer.
 
Congrats. In furture rather than being a silent observer, please share your knowledge and help others. We need old people helping the new people in this forum.

Congrats ... few questions for you
(1) What was your EB category (EB1/2/3 ??)
(2) Are you from one of the retrogressed countries ?
(3) Did your 140 & 485 get approved together today ?

(3) Did your 140 & 485 get approved together today ? No My 140 was approved long time back. DO not remember now. I filed 140 and 1485 concurrently
