Although they have made EB "current" for all but I believe that for the september bulletin, they will retrogress the numbers and follow the priority dates in adjudicate all I-485 either received from now till Aug 17 or filing base on yours being current by the bulletin. So all who think they are going to get their GC on time should think about years. The only advantage in filing now is to get EAD and that's about it
