She said -
1. FP is good for 18 mnths.
2. Medical records should be good for the entire duration of the process(I-485).

As far as I understand from the current approvals being posted here, TSC is approving EB3 cases based on the Priority Dates. Last approval I saw was for PD of 5/2001. Could somebody post a later PD for an approved EB3 case ?

My EB3 Priority Date is Jan 2002, 485 RD Oct. 2002.
Still waiting for approval.
