I came here 8 years ago as a student went through a lot and final got my masters degree. My first job lasted 7 months and i was let go after the dot com crash.i used to live in my guesthouse waiting for the interview calls. there were many people who used to come on H1 visa.At first i was arrogant, knowing that iad an edge over those guys.i never used to mix with them and used to always remind them about the importance of having an american eduction.i used to make fun of their indian english.days went by, even though i was getting interviews, those H1 guys were getting jobs.i used to get into fights with them.whenever a H1 guy was fired, i used to tell them,"see what happens when you dont get american education".
finally,i and another guy on h1 remained.by then, i was in complete denial of the reality.i could not understand why all those H1 guys were getting jobs and i,with my american eduction was not. This final guy on h1 also got job and before leaving he came to me and said,"you did great by getting american education,i felt bad when i did not get my F1 visa.thats why i worked hard and became good at programming.I waited for the moment and now the equation of the supply/demand changed.thats why i am getting this job".
After that i stopped hating H1 guys and learned to keep moving and in the process i came across robert kiyosaki's international best seller rich dad poor dad.He calls whatever i went as Entitlement Mentality.Since i took F1,H1 GC route, i strongly belived that everyone should take that route.

I suspect Mr.JoeF is doing the same thing i did.He probably took H1,GC,forming a company and now he thinks everyone should do the same. The equation of supply/demand has once again changed.today lot of jobs are going to india.USA govt wants to create jobs here.whoever can create jobs here will be rewarded.

I am sharing my story so that this will motivate some brave people out there to go ahead with their dreams. As usual Mr.JoeF will say i am trying to promote richdad philosophy.who am i to promote Robert Kiyosaki?.he is a celebrity enterpreneur who has been even on oprah winfrey show.

Nice story, but probably made up...
You are apparently really desperate to get new victims for your scam...
The oldest trick in the world: appealing to peoples' sympathy... it was oh so hard but I made it...

Advising people to break the law is unethical. Why don't you try real, ethical work for a change?
Lots of people had a hard time during their studies and work, but they don't get the idea to tell people to break the law...

After looking at your story. It is clear that there is a problem in you.
that's why you did not get job and all people got job.

Instead of finding solution to your problem you started blaming others ( H1 Guy ).

same thing you are doing again now...

TO blinkingstar

There is a reason why we should be qualified to do psychoanalysis.I have taken classes in analyzing our personalities and have realized the error in my behaviour(as part of my stock trading course). And even if i say so myself, it takes a lot to admit that i was wrong and even greater heart to post it openly so others can benefit from it.
Change is necessary to survie in this world.sometimes we human beings go into denial and refuse to change. And because of that complications arise.and we blame somebody or something. In this case many people are blaming green card process.I have seen american citizens blaming lack of a degree, lack of capital, immigrants etc and we blame the green card process.
we must fight this irrational fear that comes from knowing its time to change.we know there is good money in business yet, we are afraid of the unknown,so we find a reason to not do that.
there is a lot to learn in behavioural science. Please dont post comments that can hurt someone.I have the capability to block out the comments that can hurt my esteem, but many people dont.If hundred people say, there is something wrong with you, your brain will eventually belive that.

It looks like you are looking for a physical advarsary to fight your own internal conflict. If you want to start your business after you get your greencard, thats fine.Just dont make me a target of your internal fight.
