If wife only working on EAD and meanwhile that got expired today and waiting for renewals. I am with same employer on H1 & H4 are valid for another 7 months.

1) What is my status?

2)Is my wife have to stop working from tomorrow onwards? Thanks.

3)Can she come back on H4 stataus automatically as dependent if I am going to renew my H1 beyond 6 years?

Your status is still in H visa but since you filed 485, it can also be considered as "AOS"

To have a job, your wife need a valid EAD. Yes, she has to stop working unless she gets new EAD.

No, I dont think so, your wife needs to have AP for travelling
