My status enquiry response letter

Hello All,

I thought i would share the info what i got ...

1. I went to info pass....lady said, all the checks are cleared ...and i did
see the results in a main frame screen for FBI response (multiple screens
..option 7 and option 2)...my namecheck and
FP ..they are done...But when i called 1800, then they said my
namecheck is pending.. which explains, what ever they say on 1800 is
BS. They have access to some old info.

2. I have initiated a service request on May31st 2007 for me, finally i got a
reply letter saying "Service records indicate that your FP, name check
and biemetrics have cleared on your I-485 app. Your app is pending and
waiting to be assigned to an OFFICER"
So i guess when ever the system assigns my file to a free officer or
officer pulls my PD, RD file ..then i will be getting approval.
FYI, for my wife ...letter says no visa available ...because we have
initiated a week before me which make sense.

Yes, they had the dates with the text when it was cleared etc...
Mine got cleared on 2005, and my wife NC got cleared on 2004...

Did you get a reply to your service request of 31 May 07 by e-mail or postal e-mail? and what exact date you got the reply?

I have initiated the service enquiry for my wife and for my self via 1800 number (no attorney).
I believe i have applied some where last week of May 2007, don't have the paper mail with me right now..So can't get the exact dates...
Received a reply from USCIS: Saturday which is June 9th 2007.

My self and my wife got hard mails from NSC about the enquiry.

My case is pre-adjudicated it seems ...waiting to assign to an officer (as per hard paper mail..not an email).

My 485 RD: APRIL 2004
PD : April 2003
Had 3 AP, 3 EADS...

Latest: Went to finger printing (for primary only) on April 2007.
Wife finger printing is scheduled on June 29th 2007.
