I got an unexpected FP notice for my son from TSC last week. When I filed my son's I-485, he was under 14 year old. Therefore, I didn't file FP for him, and didn't pay the FP money to INS. He is 14 this year. I am wondering is this normal for him because he is 14 before I-485 approved?
Also, I as the primary appplicant and my husband still have not got FP notice so far. We filed our family's I-485 in Sept 2002.
