Status as on July 12:-
Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by
the post office on July 12, 2004. To update the mailing address so
this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service
Center at (800) 375-5283.

Action from Lawyer:-
On July 12, Lawyer mailed (Express mail) an inquiry to VSC and was recieved by VSC on July 13

Status as on July 13:-
On July 13, 2004, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us
to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing
was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the
maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision
on this case.

My comment:-
As per latest status, they are considering our
inquiry letter as RFE response.

The response from lawyer on July 14
On July 14th, I did contact the USCIS and they sent a notice to
the Vermont Service Center informing them we never
received the RFE and to forward it immediately
On July 14th around 6 PM EST, Lud changed (but not status msg)

Even after 4 working days, We did not receive any postal mail. (Generally it takes 3 working days to get mail from VSC)

Please suggest. Do you think i need to do something now?
