My RFE does not ask for EVL, is this normal?

My RFE does not ask for EVL. Anybody got the same RFE? Please share the experience.

My attorney called me today and told me they've received the RFE including 3 years Tax return, W2 and 3 pay stub.

But they do not ask for EVL, is this normal? Will they ask for second RFE later for EVL?

Please advice. Thanks very much.

My RFE didn't ask for EVL, just W2 and 1040 for last 2 years but asked for Birth Certificate again!

Something is up with the RFE for birth certificates. I got one and someone I know also got an RFE for birth certificate (along with EVL, W2, Tan returns).

I actually sent them a copy of my original certificate but they still included BC in my RFE
