My RFE details

My lawyer recd the RFE notice today. RFE is for employment letter. No paystubs or W2. Has anyone got this kind of RFE.My lawyer says i should reply only want is asked for .Do u guys think the same way.
 
ASN..I think that is pretty common.. My co-worker who filed days before me has gotten your type of RFE. I'm still waiting for mine.
And yes I think its better to do just what INS asks you to do.

I also got same rfe. Only employment letter . But my lawyer has sent all w2 and 3 months pay stubs as well.

does RFE give you the detail on what information must be memtioned on your employment letter? I know currently many people got RFE for employment letter. I just wonder whehter those employment letters are same or different from case to case.

My lawyer said he has the format of the job letter. I think it should be standard

I have the same scenario as yours. I don't know how RFE said because my lawyer didn't want to show me RFE letter. If INS just said "employment letter", IIO might have right to say the reply employment isn't surfficient, and ask further request, such as 2nd RFE or transfer. Let's see ...
