1)INS has requested to submit supplemental Form to I-693(medical examination Form).
(I thought doctor attached that suppl. form i.e vaccines given :( )

2)Earning statements from last 3 months

3)Federal Income Tax returns, including all schedules and
Form W-2 or Form 1099 for the year 2001

I notice that u r the one who always congrats everyone on approval (to the extent of sounding cliched and boring to me) and look at ur case.

But I bet ur wishes won't go waste. I for one wish u an early luck with approval.

The pay stubs will tell u whether u r currently employed or not.

I got a RFE too. But I am still waiting for the notice. I have some questions, would you please answer me?

1. I asked IRS to give me the transcripts of tax returns (Form 1040). Is it enough?

2. I keep the copy of tax returns. In them there are some schedules. May I use them?

I am really appreciated for any of your answers.

You should be having copies of tax returns(1040), right ? I have them and already made copies of them.

I was told by my friends that the copies of my own have no IRS stamps on them. So I got transcripts. There is one stamp on each of the transcripts. It is just a stamp of the IRS branch with the date I got the transcripts.

I don't know which one is the best reply to INS notice. One of my friend send them the copy of his own tax return form and got transfered to local after the damn RFE.

If you have the copies of ALL your 2001 FEDERAL tax return forms and related stuffs, that is enough.
(Federal Income Tax returns, including all schedules and Form W-2 or Form 1099 for the year 2001)

I sent personal copies all my prev. tax forms (2000 and before) and got an RFE to submit 2001 forms. That is it.

As I haven't recd my RFE notice yet, I might as well keep everything ready.

If you can find a IRS branch near you, please go there directly with Form 4506 prepared. Otherwise it will take at lease one week to get it after IRS receives your request. Form 4506 can be downloaded from:

You can find the address from the instructions.
