My lawyer received my RFE today. RFE for

1. Employment letter
2. Recent 6 pay stubs.

Issue is, My LC says 72K and I didn't get paid during the months of April/May. My Present YTD(year to Date) is 55K(supposed to be 63K) till Nov 15th. IS this become a issue...

Any one has this experience, pls share

Thanks

RFE 11/15/02

Ins required 6 pay stubs i.e 3 months pay stubs...I have that.
My worry is about the YTD income?

Is the officer had enough time to calculate my EXACT YTD salary while looking into my case????

hi

I also got REF and I have to send my 3 months paystub. But i dont know about the pay in LC. I asked my lawyer and waiting for the response from them. Will there be a problem if current pay is less than one in LC? please advice.

Didn't they ask you for an employment letter?
I don't think they look at YTD closely. Even I have got a RFE. The lawyer hasn't received the notice yet.

Hi guys,

My current salary is 25% MORE than what was mentioned in my LC. Do you think this could be a problem? My RD for 485 is Dec-07-2001.

Gurus, your opinions please!

Thanks.

i dont think so

I dont think getting more than specified in LC will create a problem. This is just my opinion.

Received RFE notice from layer(Fax)

I am with the same employer from Apr'99. If my employer gives me a letter with REMUNERATION of 72K(specified in LC) and I submit a six pay stubs (last pay stub YTD shows 55K i.e. 8K less) is there an issue??

I know, GC is for feature employment... but I am bit tensed up

Any way, at the end of the year I will get paid 72K( 8K as a bonus)
