My response for the ref was sent out

I got a ref asking for more evidence for my i-140 Eb-1b in Sep. My response was sent back to NSC center on Nov. 23.

Usually how long will I hear from them?

Once they receive it they will ack you!
which will results in one LUD change.
After that it can take 1week -2 months (generally) for them to response.
there are people who have waited for long after sending RFE.
you will get it soon! just a wishful wish!!

I am surprised to received the approved e-mail today!!! What a relief.

My I-140 OR was submitted to NSC in April 2004, received REF in Sep. 2005.
REF was replied on Nov. 23rd and got approved today.
