After I checked through this month's approval in NSC @repnet, I found one thing quite interesting, correct me if I am wrong.
MOST RFE received on early Jan. 2003 got approval within a month!!! Importantly, what I am talking about is that from the RFE issue date to AD, a month. That is a prety good trend, isn't it?
On the other hand, ppl received RFE last year, enven Aug/Sept/OCt/Nov/Dec, for months they did not get any move (mostly).
I don't know the reason, that is what I have seen.
