My receipt date is 15 July 2002

Hi,
My receipt date at the Federal level is 15 July 2002. I filed for RFE on 1 Nov 2002. I haven't heard anything from DOL.

I know a friend who filed for RFE on May6th and had is Labor certified on July 31.

We filed from the Texass Center.

Can anyone advise me as to what I should be doing? Can I bring this to the notice of DOL?

Please advice.
